- Douglas practices primarily in the areas of business litigation, construction law, products liability defense, and insurance defense. He defends companies and individuals in a wide variety of tort and contract cases. Douglas has been involved in various professional, community, and charitable organizations including the Young Lawyers division of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Independent School District's Law Related Education program, and the KCMBA-Debate KC Lawyers in the Classroom program.
