Education

Joshua practices in the areas of business litigation, construction law, product liability, insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation. During law school, Joshua won the Ike Skelton, Sr. Award for Excellence in Trial Practice. Joshua also worked with indigent women seeking orders of protection as a member of the University of Missouri’s domestic violence clinic. Prior to law school, Joshua spent several years working as an insurance claims professional.
